How do I book?

How much notice do I need to give?

There is no specific time limit, However during the busy summer period it is best to book as early as possible to obtain the bouncy castle you require to avoid disappointment.

What are your normal days of business?

We are open seven days a week between the hours of 09:00am to 18:00pm (Bookings outside of these hours will incur additional charges)

How long do I get the equipment for?

Our bookings are based on any amount of time between the hours of 09:00am to 18:00pm.

Do you hire overnight?

Yes overnight hires will carry additional charges, However if you hire any of our equipment for a single day there will also be additional charges for booking past 18:00pm.

How do I pay?

When booking online we will require a minimum £10 booking fee the remaining balance can be paid on the day or by bank transfer (details provided when making a booking via a confirmation email). We can also take payment via our card terminal.

What happens if it rains on the day?

Small spells of rain are acceptable for our castles to be outside, however under heavy rain or in the case of extreme weather conditions we would have to either reschedule the booking to a later date or cancel (this would carry no charge as per our t&c's).

How much space is needed?

To deliver our equipment we will require a clear route of around 3ft wide. When inflatables are set up we will require 1.8 meters of clear space around the castle. Please insure that all Garden furniture i.e. garden toys, swings, trampolines, slides, tables & chairs etc. are removed from the area of set up prior to our arrival. If your booking is taking place in a hall please be aware that for our 12 x 12ft castles we will require at least a 10ft clearance from the ceiling to the floor. Failure of any of the above steps may result in cancelation of the booking and you will be charged 100% of the booking fee as per our terms and conditions.

How long does it take to set up?

The set up times vary depending on what you book but can take anything from 10 minutes to 1 hour. We will arrive at the venue well in advance to enable us to set up in time.
